Our Brisbane branch opens at 4am while Melbourne open at 7am. Brisbane and Melbourne branches close at 11pm, every day of the year except Christmas
Yes, both our open air and undercover carparks are have 24 hour security.
We strongly suggest that you arrive at our depot at least 30 minutes before your check-in time at the airport terminal.
Alpha Airport Parking runs free shuttle buses for you and your party on demand to ensure a hassle free transfer.
When you’ve landed, just give us a ring and our friendly staff will dispatch a courtesy shuttle to pick you up from the pick-up point.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa. Unfortunately, we don’t accept Diners or Amex.
You only pay once you drop off your car, so when you get back you can just hop in and drive away. If you end up keeping your car in storage for longer, all you have to do is pay the balance upon your return.
We understand that you may only have a short trip away or may need to keep your car in storage for weeks. To cater to these needs, we at Alpha Airport Parking have no minimum or maximum parking days.
