You can book your slot on the day of your travel online or through the branch or by calling 1300 661 938. However, we recommend booking in advance to ensure that your preferred slots are available and secure a much lower rate.
Yes, our Brisbane branch offers both open-air and undercover parking at very affordable rates.
Yes, you can. We offer parking spaces for hatchbacks, sedans, motorcycles, wagons, 4-wheel drives, and oversized vehicles up to 2.5 meters in height.
For undercover parking, the height limit is 2.5 meters.
Our facilities are less than five minutes away from the Brisbane airport. We also provide complimentary shuttle services to ferry you between your car and the airport and back.
Alpha Airport Parking runs free shuttle buses for you and your party on demand to ensure a hassle-free transfer. Our shuttles also run to and from the airport in 20-minute intervals. If you missed a shuttle, you may wait for a few minutes for the next one to arrive.
Unfortunately, you will have to take a taxi to get to the depot and collect your car. The car will be parked near the exit and the code for the lockbox with your car key will be sent to you via sms.
Please ensure to communicate with our friendly counter personnel to confirm the process when you are either dropping off your vehicle, or as soon as you become aware of a flight change that will lead to after-hours collection.
No, we don’t.
No, we only collect payment once you drop off your car with us. If circumstances make you leave your vehicle with us longer, you can settle the incurred balance upon your return. We accept cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard, and Visa. Unfortunately, we don’t accept Diners Club or Amex.
You may reach out to the branch to update your booking. All the contact information will be included in the booking confirmation email we’ll be sending you.
You can cancel your booking anytime, free of charge.
Just give us a ring, and we’ll send our free, on-demand shuttle to pick you up and take you back to your car.
If you need to leave your car in our parking garage beyond the pre-booked terms, you can settle the incurred balance upon your return.
