If you love watching movies like Dirty Dancing and Dance With Me, then maybe it’s time for you to try doing the moves instead of watching them. The Salsa Foundation provides paid and free classes for Salsa, Bacchata, and Reggaeton. But don’t worry, you can have zero experience in dancing and you’ll still have a great time. Oh, and you don’t need to bring a partner either so you get the exercise, loads of fun, you learn a new skill, and, who knows, you might just meet “the one” there — at the very least, you’ll make lots of new friends.

So there you have it! One less excuse for you not to go to exercise. Just kidding! But seriously, you don’t have to be confined in a gym with sweaty, grunting people if you’re not into it. In a place with so much diversity and so many different passions, you’ll always find creative ways release all that stress, keep yourself healthy, and make a few friends along the way. Have a happy work out!
